


妹妹切既西蘭花真係好可愛 .. 哈哈 ~
食譜
材料:4份1棵西芹(我唔會用晒的),腰果1碗(自己鐘意吧),梅頭瘦肉$10,雜豆
> 豬肉打斜切粒,用鹽,生抽,少許生粉、糊椒醃好
> 腰果炸至接近金黃色上碟備用
(因為離鑊後腰果存在既熱力會令腰果易"火農",特別注意家中易搶火的鑊,好易"火農"的)
> 大火炒香豬肉,可讚少許酒,上碟備用
> 洗鑊,炒雜菜粒粒,落鹽,一兩分鐘後先後加入肉丁同腰果,適量調味,兜兩兜就可以上碟囉 ~ ^O^
